Our story

I remember that first day at work, discovering the open-plan office with a sense of wonder at this vast, open space where a jumble of colleagues busily worked to accomplish their tasks as best they could.

Over time, I learned to live with the open-plan office, or rather, to tame it, with its strengths and weaknesses. Every day, I saw my teams trying to escape the noise, the close proximity, the conversations. Based on this observation, I needed to find solutions that would allow them to thrive in an atmosphere of serenity and wellbeing.

It was in this spirit that the ESEDIS group was born, with the firm conviction that the office is not just a place, but an exceptional, inspiring, and unifying tool where well-being and performance are not opposed, but mutually reinforcing.
